(Customers can reply to us in any language, but please reply with specific information in text. Voice and phone calls will not be accepted and will be regarded as no reply)
Delivery time to most countries is 8-16 days. If the delay is due to unavoidable reasons, such as holidays, product attributes, bad weather, address reasons, etc., we will not accept refund requests.
In most cases, logistics completes door-to-door delivery. However, if the address is wrong or some necessary information is missing and the door-to-door delivery cannot be completed, the customer needs to contact the logistics company to pick up the package.
If the package is returned to our warehouse then we will contact the customer to notify them. At this time, the address information, etc. can be changed and re-delivered. We will charge a certain logistics fee when the package is re-delivered.
We will contact the customer multiple times in different ways. If there is still no reply after contacting the customer multiple times and the package is overdue and is destroyed or discarded, the delivery will be deemed to have been completed and no refund or re-delivery will be provided.
