Payment

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

What should I provide if I want to get a refund?

You should provide your order number and why you want to get a refund.And at some points,we may ask you for couple of photos or videos as prove. You can contact us by Email or Tiktok message.We are always glad to help you to solve your problem.

Ordering

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product or process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via yuhuihao@icloud.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the US and the UK will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the US and the UK may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions in Europe and the American Continent according to the delivery contractor. Before ordering you can contact us to make sure we can deliver to your geographical location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to this delivery cost table (add link) to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $30, we provide free shipping within the US and the UK

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Notes On Delivery

Due to national reasons, some orders may require customers to provide additional information such as ID number, tax number, etc., or if there is an information error, we will contact the customer at that time.

Please reply to us as soon as possible. We will reserve one month for your order. If no reply is received during this period, the order will be deemed completed. (Customers can reply to us in any language, but please reply with specific information in text. Voice and phone calls will not be accepted and will be regarded as no reply)

Delivery time to most countries is 8-16 days. If the delay is due to unavoidable reasons, such as holidays, product attributes, bad weather, address reasons, etc., we will not accept refund requests.

In most cases, logistics completes door-to-door delivery. However, if the address is wrong or some necessary information is missing and the door-to-door delivery cannot be completed, the customer needs to contact the logistics company to pick up the package.

If the package is returned to our warehouse then we will contact the customer to notify them. At this time, the address information, etc. can be changed and re-delivered. We will charge a certain logistics fee when the package is re-delivered.

We will contact the customer multiple times in different ways. If there is still no reply after contacting the customer multiple times and the package is overdue and is destroyed or discarded, the delivery will be deemed to have been completed and no refund or re-delivery will be provided.
